Exerciser's description and components:

Weight of the exerciser - 1,2 кg., sizes: 5x5x45 сm. Exerciser can be taken apart into 2 parts. Length of every part in this case is 22,5 сm. Exerciser has two spherical hinges, each of which consists of retaining ring and a ball, placed within.
